IES is providing LBC CORE and materials support on the renovation of a 93,000+ sf laboratory and academic building. Once renovated, 60 Oxford will serve as the new home for the Harvard Quantum Initiative, a state-of-the-art hub for quantum science and engineering collaboration.

Harvard University is pursuing LBC CORE Green Building and Materials petal certification.
